How do i make a booking?

Go to the Contact page and fill out your details in the Get a Quote box or you can click the phone icon to call Natalja on 0415 058 236 or click the envelope to send an email to thelittlecleaner@mail.com From here we can determine the service you require, how many hours it will take to complete your clean and a date and time that suits you. Please make sure you have read our Terms of Service before making a booking.

How many cleaners will come to my home?

You will have one cleaner who will clean your house, this will be the same person if you are booking a service on a regular basis. If your cleaner cannot attend any of your bookings, we will let you know and send another cleaner as a replacement. If there are ever two cleaners attending your clean, you will be charged per hour, per cleaner. If you have an extra cleaner assisting your regular clean, the price will stay the same but the number of hours will be halved.

What requirements do your cleaners have?

All of our cleaners have been policed checked and trained to the highest standard with our in house training program to make sure that they have an eye for detail and have communication skills to be able to complete the clean to your standards. All of our cleaners are covered under public liability insurance, please refer to your own home and contents insurance for extra protection.

do i need to provide products and equipment?

Our cleaners come equipped with cleaning products from the ecostore range. We use the equipment of the household for hygienic reasons, this also ensures that the clean is completed to your standard with the tools that are best suited for your home. This includes a vacuum, mop and microfibre cleaning cloths. Please notify us before your first clean if you would like to purchase our set of 20 microfibre cleaning cloths and we will bring them on the day of your clean and add it to your invoice. Please inform your cleaner if you have any surfaces or furniture that require a specific product or treatment, or if your cleaning equipment is broken. Equipment and products will be supplied when booking a builders clean or if your property is vacant.

what do i need to have ready on the day?

Please have these few items out and ready for your cleaner in a spot that is easy for them to see; microfibre cloths, dish washing liquid, kitchen sponge, bin bags, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket. Please ensure that you have at least ten to twenty good quality microfibre cloths for your cleaner so that they are able to complete your clean to the highest possible standard. More cloths are required when booking spring cleans to be able to complete windows, skirting boards and fans. If you do not have microfibre cleaning cloths, let us know and we can bring a new packet on the day and add it to your invoice.

do I need to leave cash out for my cleaner?

We understand that cash can be an inconvenience, this is why we operate with cashless payments. Once your clean has been completed we will send you an invoice with the details for bank transfer. We require payment on the day that your clean was completed. If you book a recurring clean with us, we do recommend setting up an automatic bank transfer to avoid missing regular payments. We require upfront payments before the commencement of first time cleans.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm, we are closed on weekends and public holidays.
